I just finished Ambrose's final book - "To America."
Excellent!
A historical commentary on American history, from Jefferson to Nixon, from slavery to women's lib. and more. Hard to describe the monographs accurately...but deserves to be read. My family, from my father to my kids will be getting a copy from me for the holidays.
