SUCKS THE BIG ONE!
Unless you liked the 2nd one. Wait for video if you MUST see this one. The action didn't even start until the last 1/3 portion of the movie. Until that time, it was mostly monotone, go no where dialogue. The panning from character to character for every single word, nod, etc. was irritating to say the least. The fighting scenes towards the end were like watching a comic book type movie.
