I know for sure that there are a few of you guys that just can't live without your Killer Beans fix. What I want to know is how many of you "java junkies" are out there!?!

Have to say I haven't had the pleasure of Killer Beans, but I have to have my fix, several times a day!

From my first cup of Carabbean Cut Throat I was hooked and today I brewed a pot of Kalossi Knock Out and I find my cosumption jumping from the six to eight cups a day to a pot and a half today.
I can't wait till tomorrow! think I'll try a pot of Medellin Mad Man. Hope that one pot will do it tomorrow, but I doubt it! :dr

I have a feeling I will be. I'm working on my very first pot as I type this. Got my sampler, and I brewed a pot of Nicaraguan Knife Fight this morning. Awesome! Killer Beans indeed. Thanks Jerry! :tu

Just got my first shipment last week (check is in the mail :) )
Working on the Medillin Mad Man. Have to admit that this is darker roast coffee than I am used to, but is pretty good.
I would love to try these beans in a medium roast.
Any chance? Didn't know if your the roaster too.

Is there some sort of sampler available? I'm not much of a connoisseur, but I have enjoyed some coffee, and I'd like to find one that I really like...

SteveDMatt, no plans right now to do a lighter roast as I'm a dark roast guy...doesn't mean that it won't happen, just not right now.
I've been kept busy as we're building out our store and roasting room, looking forward to being open in June.
davemo, the smallest bag I offer is a 1/2 lb'er. Smaller bags will be ready shortly after the store is open.

Well, I went ahead and placed an order anyway. How long are these good for in an unopened bag?

3-4 weeks. Remember that coffee hates sunlight, oxygen and cold...never store your beans in the frig or freezer. Store thm in an airtight container in a kitchen cabinet.
Our bags have a one-way valve and a ziplock. Squeeze the air out of the bag as you close it up and you're set.

Well, I got my beans this morning and promptly brewed up a batch of Brazilian Bombshell using the french press I just bought. It was a bit weak (I uh, accidentally used too much water... oops), but still tasted pretty good, so it should be great when I actually get around to making it full strength.
P.S. I ordered Brazilian Bombshell, Caribbean Cut-Throat and Nicaraguan Knife Fight, but received BB, CCT and Kalossi Knockout. Now, I don't have a personal preference, having never tried any of these before (and I only picked Nicaraguan Knife Fight because it was mentioned on these boards), but I wanted to let you know, just in case there may be some sort of problem with the website (i.e. me selecting Knife Fight and it telling you Kalossi Knockout).

Mmmmm... I've made several more pots of Brazilian Bombshell since my previous post, and it is darn good stuff. :)
