First Killer Beans Experience

Ordered up a pound of the Brazilian beans from Jerry last week -- asked him if I could pay for a sampler of the other beans...he said no, they don't come in sampler sizes. Got the package yesterday, had two extra bags inside: one of the Caribbean, one of the Nicaraguan. No charge, of course.

Anyway, brewed a half-pot each of the Brazilian and the Caribean today. Both are wicked-good. It's true that the Caribbean is better than Blue Mountain, which we've had a lot of. They're rich, deep, complex, smoky and interesting. They have none of the bitterness of Starbucks. Think we like the Caribbean better. I'm very impressed.
