Opened up a new bag and got my grinder filled up. The water is almost ready and the grounds are good to go.:dr
I use the "pour over" method and the whole house smells great. Oils floating to the top of the pot...I could tell right away this was going to be a great morning. Deep-bodied, very rich, carmel flavors with a smokey finish.
Now I'm off to the coffee shop, the electricians are coming in today to finish up so the drywallers can get started. I'll be brewing up some more Brazilian Bombshell at the store for the crew...they love the fact that I've always got a pot ready for them!
