We've heard how many smokes you have, how about variety? How many (on average) different kinds of cigars (brands, size, etc., or whatever) do you keep in your personal stock?

BILLIONS & BILLIONS!!!!

Between singles, bundles, boxes, cabinets....etc. Too many to count. Let's go with over 20!

Variety is the spice of life, man! My humidors are full of random things as I'm always looking to try different brands, as well as like different tastes and strengths at different times of the day. I always keep a few Cusano Corojos, LADCs, and a bunch of cheap (yet tasty) Quorums on hand, but, other than that, I don't really have a "regular" smoke yet. :w

Okay what is considered a brand for this poll ? The company brand of cigar and/or the size (vitola). Example if I have 5 of every type of cohiba, r&J and monte size do I say three brands or do I say 75? I answer in the poll via different cigar brand names and not by vitolas ( oops sp). Guess I wast just wondering, now after the fact.

I just pressed the wrong button...whoops

I actually have between 5 and 10. Most are singles. If I could afford to buy a lot more smokes, I would definently have a lot of diversity. Variety is the spice of life, or something like that. I definently have cigars that I can always go to, but it is good to have a little of everything.

I'm up to about 5-7 different brands. I think for now I'm going to concentrate on buying 5packs so that I can afford more variety. This way I will be able to sample more of whats out there so I can find my favorites.

Kind of a false high reading, since most of mine are singles and I have maybe 100 total.

If I have both a nattie & a maduro, I count it as 2 different brands, but if I have both a torp & a robusto, I count it as one.
Many are onesy & twosey that have been gifted from someone, or came from a sampler, or is left over from a box.
When I smoke the last of something, I try to strike it off my list.
I have the list, alphabetized, in Excel. I just checked & there are 208 brands in my collection.
I sometimes wonder why I feel like I need so many, but can't seem to curb the urge to buy more.

I tallied mine up a little differently than KHat. If I have a corona and robusto in the same brand, I count that as 2. To me, they smoke totally different. In some brands I like the corona better and the robusto better in others. That is why I counted that as 2. I agree on the Maduro and Natural counting as 2 though.

Around 175. For a while my name was samplerboy. :D Never met a sampler I couldn't add to the cart. Was more but just sent some south to die laughing. (Thanks again Jokieman)

I have been running up to a dozen different brands. I seem to hover right at about 7-8 though for the most part so the vote was for 5-10.

I've got at least 35 to 40 different brands loose in the humi and about 15 boxes in the coolers.

I usually have between 10 and 20 different kinds/sizes of smokes in the humi. The problem is I smokes the ones I likes... :w
