Don Juan has the largest selection in all of the state probably. They have soft drinks and water available to purchase. Amenities include leather sofas, 60" plasma, tables, a card table, and wireless internet.

I love this place. The staff is much more friendly and helpful than in any of the other shops around the Baton Rouge area. I'm a somewhat new smoker, and despite finding out about them last, they are now my first choice.
Im a newb myself and I stopped by for the first time today. They have a much more impressive selection than Churchill's in my opinion.

Avalon is doing a tasting there sometime in November, I plan on going, maybe we could get a group together for this one or one of the other events they have from time to time.

On a side not, I've signed up for Don Juan's e-mail newsletter lits quite a few times since they've opened up, and I've never received any e-mails from them... anyone else have any luck?

No problem, I'll keep track and see if we can get a group of us there.
I had to sign up a few times also, only thing I can tell you is sign up, or ask one of the guys there how to make sure you get emails.

this place just plain rocks!!! i checked it out today and just immediatly fell in love with it. the walk in humidor has got to be one of the biggest in the state if not the biggest. the staff is very helpfull very friendly. i was going to churchills for all of my cigar needs, but i have found my cigar home now. i highly suggest checking this place out if you haven't done so already.
