Cigar smoking is prohibited indoors (thus leading to the unfortunately small porch). Their hours are quite flexible, however. I am not sure when they open, but their "listed" closing hour is 11PM, although they will often stay open as late as business is maintained. At 5 PM on Mondays, the store is closed for "private parties" to do...whatever they desire ;). Feel free to walk in, and your nostrils will be delighted with the ensuing aromas.
They have a decent selection, however, their prices are nothing special. It is a delightful environment--the store has an upscale/modern indoor appearance, with amazing food and a fairly large bar.
