Barbara is a wonderful lady. You just can't beat great customer service! Too bad so many companies don't offer it today. I will say that I've found great customer service from numerous cigar firms. I guess this is a happy industry! Makes sense.

Gotta have one for that fresh off the truck taste (good or bad) but will reserve judgement and give the other 49 in my wheel a fair chance.

They do need to work on their logistics. The shipping is very slow, but if they provide a good quality stick for 60 cents I'm certainly willing to wait. I'm going to fire one up the second it hits my doorstep.
