Thanks for the bump my friend as anyone who knows the curse of the night shifts realizes it takes a toll. I will keep you in mind on the next go round for RG bumps back to you as I had stated my opinion on this subject and took a 'hit' on my RG for what, I don't know as they didn't state why.
