The Bolivar was, IMO, an average cigar. I did not get excited about it. The TTT Trinidad and Monte Afrique were much better, IMO.

In the last week, I have visited all 3 NC locations of JR cigars. I went to the Smithfield/Selma store last Saturday for the Maria Mancini tasting event. I stopped by the Burlington store on Friday AM and hit the Statesville store on Friday PM. The S/S store is the most well organized, IMO...

I am looking forward to a review...They have tempted me, but I will wait for some opinions.

PBL are one of my favorite smokes. They tend to burn a little better if kept at lower humidity. The last one I smoked was on an empty stomach. WOW what a buzz and tummy ache afterwards. Think I'll have one this evening.

I smoked my first RyJ Habana Reserve tonight....I thought it was pretty mild and it was so bland I quit a little over half way through it. I too prefer a fuller bodied smoke. If you want a real full bodied smoke try the Partagas Black Label!

BTW, I was in there last Tuesday (my birthday) and they had a few Opus X left. I picked up two (their limit) for $8 a piece...:tu
