    Fired up the smoker this morning :dr Doing some Brisket, pork butt and a sausage (which will be for breakfast on buttermilk biscuits, with some eggs) Here are a few pics. Dry rubbed and sat overnight loaded smoker, about 3 hours for the sasuage and 8hrs for everything else!
