I am guessing you may have just clipped too much off the head. I keep a box of Enchantments on hand at all times. They are typically a hard cigar & not soft or supple to the touch.
When they 1st came out & for a couple of more years they were much better ( a little more spice & very oily...

CC are illegal to smoke in the US & illegal for US citizens to purchase & smoke outside of the US.
If someone gifts you one outside of the US and you smoke it outside the US that is legal.
