I liked the pics. It was fun to go back in time with a few pics...and an interview.

Some things just ain't Davidoff or Graycliff or even Pepin....Sometimes it is a Euro settlers who went into the Cigar business here in the USA.

I tried a Havana Blend 1959. C. Broadleaf with Central American Filler and some claimed Cuban filler that dates to 1959. Tickled the nose and had a smooth finish and interesting sorta aftertaste.

Enjoy a little something different in the banter on baccky!!:ss

I have to admit when I lived in PA the Amish fields of tobacco were some of the best taken care of farms and most beautiful to see. Yeah, the amish grow cig tobacco nevertheless, it is interesting all the different peoples who have grown and enjoyed these plants. The contribution of the USA to the tobacco industry is not to smirked at or under rated.

Yeah, it was a Cheap cigar....freebee handed to me as usual. Seems people are just generous to this old fella here!!

Is this place still in San Antonio? My fiancees family is from there and we go back from time to time. I'd love to stop in next time I'm there.

I'm ashamed to say I dont know if their factory is still here but they have a factory store on the northside. I love going in there, I've never tried a cigar made by Fincks. There prices are inexpensive on cigars they make, on cigars they dont make, not so inexpensive.
