Viper, all digital hygrometers (other than adjustable ones) have an accuracy reading off +/- a certain percentage. What about the beads? do they have an accuracy rating of +/- a point or two? :confused: Sorry for the thread jack :sl

I got a five pack of these on auction awhile ago. When I first got them I took them out of the packaging and rolled them through my fingers. They felt like rocks! I let them sit in the humi for awhile and then took one out to sacrifice to the fire gods. The draw was terrible, could hardly...

I think the 5 packs are the way to go. If you smoke one and it is not up to par, the other 4 can rest awhile. Grab another one in a month and see if it is any more to your liking. If not, let them go another month and so on.

Viper, Thanks for the tip. I have been trying the best way to rehydrate the beads. Everyone just says "mist them" but never really explained how to "mist them." Now I know. Thanks again. :tu
