This month Reggie sent me:
DPG Blue
Perdomo Corojo Robusto
Nub Connecticut 354
Los Blancos Criollo Robusto
and a Partagas Serie D #4
I smoked the DPG Blue first. It opens with spicy cedary flavors. very stong flavors, yet balanced and smooth. Very enjoyable. More peppery in the middle, yet...
I know these are a little behind but I've got two reviews ready.
First up is the Ashton Cabinet. (PC size I think)
Right off the bat this cigar starts with lots of nutty and toasty flavors. Very rich flavors. Pretty even burn throughout, also the flavor remained very consistent. A little bit...
This months cigars are:

Nub Cameroon 356
Savinelli Liga Especial
Oliva Ovation Maduro
Today I smoked the Nub Habano.
Lighting up was a little difficult, took awhile to get the whole cigar going. Once I did the taste was woody with some spice and a hint...
Recently, my brother gave me a small humidor he got from a friend. The inside smells like he kept pipe tobacco or some flavored cigars in there. Does anyone have any advice how to remove it? I remember reading somewhere I could sand it, but I'm afraid of doing that and that will be my last...
I was the lucky winner of one of Rob's many contests (http://www.clubstogie.com/vb/showthread.php?t=161269), and I won a free box of Taboo cigars. I picked to try the Twist Torpedos, and my winnings came today. Here's a picture of the goods. Thanks again Rob!
I got Reggie's cigars yesterday. He sent the following:
Davidoff Millennium Robusto Tubo
Honduran Plantations
Maravilloso Cetro
J. Fuego Natural Robusto
Today I smoked the Honduran Plantations.
From the beginning I got mostly cedar flavors with some sweetness as well. The draw was a...

Here are the smokes Reggie sent me this month (thanks again!):
I started with the Cabaiguan.
It starts off very woody, with some pepper notes and a great draw. The one thing I notice is there is no bite. Usually I don't like full strength cigars because of the "bite" but this cigar had...

I was just wondering what these cigars compare to. I was thinking about ordering a bundle of La Floriditas from Famous as they are on sale and I bought one before and liked it for the price.
However I always hear about how great the 3000s are and they usually come with another bundle free so I...
I just bought one of these and it smells like straight up grass! I planned on smoking it tomorrow. I'm scared I got a bad one. I cut it and the draw tastes ok...do they all just smell that way?
I'll finally be able to try a Padron 1964. I went to a different B&M today and they got some new boxes in, and they had some! I had been looking for these a while. Just wanted to share because I'm pretty excited!
what would you suggest?
#1- HDM Excalibur I Maduro
#2- La Aurora 1495 Beliosco
#3- Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 Double Corona
If you've had these before let me know what you thought. Thanks!
I've always wanted to try these, and on my next trip to the B&M I plan on picking one up. I can't decide which one to try, so why don't you guys pick for me?
I'm a newb to cigar smoking, and since I've started I've only been smoking naturals. What's a good first maduro to try? I don't want something that will knock me flat on my ass, just one that will let me get a taste of what maduros are like.
Thanks
