    Unhappy with Humidor purchase!!

What? Are you serious? This is exactly the place for it to be handled. How else can one save people from making the same mistake another person already made? These guys still owe me a humidor, but they did not even reply to the email I sent, kindly and calmly telling them that they failed to...

    CheapHumidors.com Atta-Boy

And yet no word from the countless dozens of people they screwed. Hmmm. Seems Odd. I am still waiting some 5 years+ later for my tobacco leaf motif humidor to come in, no, actually, I am still waiting for them to acknowledge that they never shipped it. Actually, I am waiting for them to...

    Ronson Jet something

A coworker and I were out riding around F'ing off, and I told him we had to go and check out these lighters, since Wallyworld in Southaven MS did not have em. We got two, and this is how the thread started, obviously, but he saw something on the package that made us both laugh. "Perfect for...

    Ronson Jet something

I had read with great interest recently a thread on lighters, and one thing kept coming up over and over again...A 3 dollar lighter beats all comers on reliablility. People were saying, 'just go into Wal-$$rt and get a Ronson Jetlite, they are 3 bucks and mine has never stopped working. To...

    Unhappy with Humidor purchase!!

Yeah, I orderred three humidors, two plain and one with the big tobacco leaf on it. They shipped the two plain, but not the design one. The tracking information confirmed that only two packages were ever shipped, and I GOT them, the plain humidors, But never got the tobacco leaf one, the one I...

What the world needs is a good 13. % cent cigar

Ho-lee crap. That's almost as good as the tin can cigars. Maybe better, I don't know. I admire you guys for finding them and pony-ing up for em. It helps me in small ways to see and hear about these great old cigars that were probably for poor schmoos way back then. None of US would be...

What to do with my first cigars?

Yup, if you can't get rid of those cigars in Horn Lake, MS, something is terribly wrong. Maybe you need to drive them over to Southaven. leave them on the newspaper vending machine at the Mapco.

    Visit to Cigar Factory NO

DKim didn't have to take the tour...this is all happening right across the front counter of the place. You walk in and right there on your right is this rolling station and ahead and on the left are their storage and humidor areas. It's all basically taking place right there before your eyes...

    First bad cigar experience

I hate to chime in with what I am about to say given the above mass hysteria, but the last Onyx reserve I had was as close to a havana as I have had a NC come. Now this was a stick from their original debut months, so it has some time on it, but I SWEAR it was giving me the twang! I am...

in the wrap or in the NUDE?

YES Scott, you are doing something wrong, lol. No, just kidding. Here is my 4 cents worth. Leave your cigars in the cello. If you want them to breathe, do what I do and cut the fold off, leaving the end open, kinda just like the cigar itself, neato. BUT be careful, as this can be damaging...

    Partagas Limited Reserve

If you like the peppery notes of cameroon wrapper, it's great. If you like a cigar that's almost too smooth for it's own good, you'll love it. 18 bucks....I'll pass. Now this is based on what I remember from when they FIRST came out back in the mid 90's..who knows today

    La Aroma De Cuba?

hehe...it's called TAR. And no, that's not faint hints of chocolate...that's tar. Seriously, anyone else think tar is actually responsible for people tasting chocolate near the end?

    Are they worth it???

Freudian slip...or Fidellian ----------------Edit-------- BTW, sorry to dredge this up out of a thread from last year...Silly ass CS put it in the "other posts like this" area, and I took the bait without looking.

    Are they worth it???

BAM...did Seangar hit it on the head or what??? The more I read of his handiwork, the more I like him. Even his ridiculous fables are priceless. Or maybe they're fractured fairy tales. The situation would definitely change fast if that scenario were to manifest itself on the marketplace...

    Zippos a last resort

In my OPINION, based on absolutely no experience, I would say that unless the foot was awash in flame, as opposed to the experienced smoker's 3/4 to 1 inch of distance from the flame, there would be no real problem. Touching the wick or jamming it into the flame could cause lots of problems IMO.

    Another trip to Memphis

hehe, this one won't. Went to work Monday at 8. Not bad, we all do. Left work round 4:45, 45 mins early to go pick up a 16 ft budget truck. Drove it to my apartment and loaded up the whole thing by myself. And BTW when my Dad died, I inherited the ultimate set of tools, I mean radial arm...

    Another trip to Memphis

Well, I had to get a place to stay, although homeless with two ice chests full of havanas might not be the most dire of straits. So I start the day off with a Machine-made Romeo y Julieta Perfecto. It is 4 years old and has about the most delicious finish of any of my cigars and that is just...
