Got a box of these for $19 on cbid as well. I tried on and it tasted heavy with ammonia. They were very bitter and I only made it 1/3 of the way through before giving up. They look nice. I am going to let them sit in the humi for a bit before trying another.I hope they come around.
Smoked a Sanch Panza this weekend that my bro-inlaw traded me. It was a great tasting cigar that I will get more of.Again not a bundle but at the price its well worth it.Also had a Famous nic 1000 and it was great cigar as well. Both would make perfect hand out cigars.
I have several different Crown Royal lowballs that I have received in gift packs over the years. Add some ice and a tough of water and I am all set.
sounds good right about now with a Juan Lopez in the other hand.
La Gloria Series R #7 was my #1 cigar. I like larger ring gauges. My new fav is the Juan Lopez Epicure #1 which is 6 x 54. It is an awesome cigar. I prefer rg form 50 on up. Used to smoke the RyJ cedro #2 which is in the 30's I believe. Not bad at all just doesn't last long enough for me. I...
Had a Famous Nic 1000 that I received in a trade. It was a damn good cigar and for the price it will no doubt have a spot in my coolader. I checked and they are still backordered on the Nic 3000's
I would say this a medium smoke. It wasn't hars but did have nice flavors. I ordered a box yesterday, for those of you have smoked one would you agree they are medium bodied?
Cigar details: Epicure #2 5x45 . Its a Nicaraguan cigar.
First thing I noticed is a mild spicy smell . This thing was easy to light and the draw was not to loose and not to tight. Lots of great white smoke. Fisrt 1/3 was spice mixed with mellow chocolate flavors. As I smoked it down the sweet...
Dave,
Thanks for the input. You are correct. I guess I still had a "bad" taste in my mouth yet. Some may indeed enjoy them, if so please post and let me know what your thoughts on taste were. My palet is not as experienced as some and I would love to hear from anyone who has tries Oba! Oba! and...
I know the name alone should have sent me running the other way. Again I was hoping for a little sleeper that was good and inexpensive. so frrom now on any cigar that sounds like the uga chuka uga chuka reverb from I'm hooked on a feeling, I'm high on believing that your in love with me...
Was going to age them but my stock is LOW. I was hoping they were ok at least so I could age them and just keep going to the b&m for a bit until they were ready. I enjoy 1-2 cigars on Friday followed by 2-3 on Saturday and 1 on Sunday plus a few during the week. Thats why I went with bundles to...
Heck even Obama would be better than those things. I really got bundles of junk with the Oba!Oba! cigar. It was a tough call to start with as I was not 100% sold on them but hey they were cheap and I thought I would give them a whirl.Kind of like drafting a sleeper in the fantasy draft and...
This is my first review so bear with me.
I ordered 3 bundles of the Oba!Oba! brand. These are made by the Perdomo factory as a house blend for bestcigars.com. I ordered the Toro 6x50 natural wrapper.
It is a mixed filled cigar with tobaccos from various Nicaraguan regions.
Upon removing one...
