10 count otterbox with handle

Does anyone know where to pick up a 10 or something along those lines maybe even an 18 count otterbox with handle and the pressure valve. I am looking for a place that will ship to canada at a reasonable price. I have looked at some and quite a few won't ship to canada. Yes I already looked at cigarmony and heartfelt.

I have the enitre Otterbox line, from 2-stick to 30-stick.
The 18-Stick and 30-stick are the only models have handles and pressure values.
Shipping to Canada is no problem, I have many Canadian customers. The shipping will be USPS International.
