QUIT SLOBBERIN' ON YOUR STICKS DAVE!!!! :r :r

:dr:dr:dr:dr

Wowza! I definitely need a dribble bib for this one. Congrats on your epic find. Who knew that an antique might be worth even more than imagined. Almost makes me wanna surf some antiques shops...

Wow, those sticks look amazing from the pics - such deep rich colour and great construction. tbh i was surprised they looked so good lol *no faith :D*. thanks for the cool review!

I have been to the mountaintop!

[UPDATE: Over one month later....]

I was just lucky enough to share one of these with Dave in a puff-puff-pass in STL.

Oh. My. God.

That's a good cigar -- definitely one of the best I've ever had. My first impression was that it was like smoking a Cuban carmel macchiato. The one we shared was full of carmel goodness, muted toasted nut, a hint of tang, and smooth mild smoke. I am honored to have had the opportunity to share in the experience!!!

Thanks again, bro!!!

Glad you were there to share one with me brother!! Have to totally agree with the caramel in this one! The first one seamed to have a lot of cocoa and nuts, but this one did have a lot of that creamy caramel background going on! Just plain good!!

Had a great time! Wish we could have stayed there a LOT longer!! Won't be long and we'll do it all again!!

Wonderful review, thanks! Your description made it almost "like being there". :ss

Unbelievable, great pic and review. Hopefully I am inspired enough now to be more patient with my sticks.

Had to go back and re-read this review after smoking one of these in the non-herf PPP.

I am still a little awed by this f-ing crazy old cigar! This was passed around with some legendary and mind blowing cigars; and this little baby held it's own and really came through with it's own wonderful additions to the whole PPP experience!! I'm very happy to have been able to experience this with so many great people at the same time. It's just not something you can believe until you have been there and done that!!

I would like to hear what some folks picked up in the flavor arena. I'm having such a hard time remembering all the things we said about all of those smokes! I will never forget the smokes or their tastes for me though!:ss

I think Tom said he tasted magnesium.:D :r

Great score and review, Dave. Wish I could've partaken in the pass, but I'll just trust how good it sounds.

Now I just have to find the photo of the tin.
