Aah Fall Has Arrived

Which Seattle do you live in? It's been fall for more than a week now, and sunny. Well, until today. Now it's so gray, overcast and nipply, you can't see your own shadow, like it will be until next August.

I bicycled to work today in the sunshine this morning, I swear!

Well, this year's been a bit odd.
We've had a fairly mild summer (I think we only had two or three days in the 90's) and it's been unseasonably warm for the most part (it's still upper 70's today, although it's looking like low 60's/high 50's over the weekend).

Generally though, around late Sept is when the weather starts to go crappy and the shitstorm is in full swing by mid Oct (Trick or Treating with the kids when it's freezing cold and raining is a LOT fun...NOT!).

But you're right, lately it's been pretty nice. I think however, our great weather is numbered.

First cool evening here in Savannah, GA and it's incredible. If I didn't have to work tomorrow, I'd be smoking out here past midnight.

East TN right now is beginning to cool down. We usually experience a hot/humid summer, long-lasting fall, very short winter, and mild spring.

Right now it's cooling down, but in 2 weeks it could be 90+ again. Who knows.

Fall is my favorite season of all. Nice crisp morning air... can sit outside in the evening and not get eaten alive by bugs. Mid 70's and sunny most days is darn good for me!

I love the fall weather as well. Really enjoyed it in Chicago. The weather would get a little cooler, get some good coffee and enjoy a nice smoke while the leaves fall and change colors.

Now living the desert, that does not happen. It will start to cool down soon...

I'm sitting outside smokin in perfect mid-high 60's weather and watching Pennant race baseball on my computer.....Definitely the best season for me.
