Those of you who have had the opportunity to try a Bucanero Salsa should know what I'm talking about. One of the tastiest and exciting NCs around in my opinion.
Anyway, I've been dabbling with the idea of buying a box of Buc Salsas and letting them sleep for a few years. Nothing extremely long term, perhaps 3-4 years.
My question to those of you in the know, is if it would be worth it? I mean the Salsa isn't exactly an Anejo or Cuban, but it is still one of the better NCs.
