It would appear that member to member payments incur no fee (for the personal starter account, which limits received funds to $400/m and $2000/yr), and if using bank transfer the only fee is $.50 per withdrawal.

The other pay site doesn't charge anything for bank transfers, which is a perk, but charges $.30+2.9% for all transactions.

FWIW, the company is run out of Quebec.
 
I have never had a problem using Pei Pal. Just dont mention tobacco and dont tie it to your bank account and you should be ok. :2
 
I'm not trusting a company which I rely on to transfer/receive money if they're not in the U.S.

I have nothing against Canada, hell my parents are Canadians -- but stuff can get harry where legal issues are concerned when dealing with other countries.
