For me the enjoyment is in the flavor and aroma. Never having been a smoker of other products, I've never inhaled anything, so when on occasion I do get some down the old pipe I probably look like a 10 year old puffing on a butt he snuck out of his daddy's ash tray!

It's OK to inhale, there are lots of aid type devices to help you cope. Nebulizers, oxygen generators, masks, and tents, all kinds of chemical inhalers, etc., etc. SO ENJOY!!
