Ok, so let me get this straight...you bid on 5 of these, you'll CURRENTLY be paying $95 plus shipping....ARE you kidding me? Top25 lists these babies at $6.50 MRSP, with the average price paid as $10. I don't understand why these still consistently get bid on when they are WAY through the roof...especially this year when the Anejo seem to be flowing like milk and honey!

Sometimes i wonder what planet these people are from.

Im with you. I saw this and wondered why people agree to pay such haneous prices. I can understand the availability issue but its almost like there people arent even trying to search elsewehere.

They are from a place with more money that common sense IMO. I don't mind paying over MSRP on many of the rarities like the anejos...but $11-13 is my top. The reason I will pay that, well Colorado ciagr tax is super lame at 40% of MSRP so I pretty much have to!!:tu

You should have seen what the Padron 64 and 26 sampler packs were going for this week. I could have went on to a minimum of 5 different vendors websites and ordered them much cheaper as these seem to be in stock more often than not and could have done so without the pissing match. The far and few times I do go on C-Bid I usually don't even bother bidding on things like the PANs, PAMs, Opus, Anejos and Hemingways because I know that people will bid through the roof. Pepin products are getting to this level there now too. C-Bids good if you want to get a deal on your average run of the mill smokes or accessories. It's pretty tough to score a super premium less than retail though.

:tpd: 5 Vegas; some of the RP blends etc ... are the only brands I even bother bidding on when I visit CB and it seems like recently even those can be found cheaper at regular retail Web sites sometimes.
