Any Unibroue fans?

I am fan of all of the ones I have had.

Maudite - This is really good one if you like a bit of bite.

Ephemere - This was the first I had and still a favorite, especially with Sushi.

Trois Pistoles - I am having this one for the first time now, it is rich and very good.

La Fin du Monde - Also very, very good. The mildest of all that i've had.



Any recommendations for which to go for next?
 
I love their beer!

I am eyeing a 8L bottle of La Fin de Monde at my local liquor store for around $150.00 to age. I can olnly imagine how good that will be with 8-10 years on it.
 
If you haven't tried any of their Anniversary beers, give them a shot. The Unibroue 15, 16 and 17 are usually still available and were very good. They age nicely, but pack a stong punch.

:tpd: Definitely the aniversary beers, and don't forget Terrible! A stunning dark ale, lots of rich fruit and spicy complexity. More of a fall/winter drink (esp with some sort of grilled or roasted meat) due to its intensity, but definitely a must-try from Unibroue. I'm also a fan of their Siegneuriale and Blanche de Chambly for more summertime beverages.

Another great one is Don Dieu. 9% abv but on the sweeter side.

Trois Pistoles and La Fin Du Monde are tough to beat however. At $7.99/4 pk. it's quite a deal for beers of that quality.
 
I am a Uni hog. Love their work, esp Du Monde.
I think they had a cherry blend that I did not like.
Everything else, on the money.
