out of curiosity alot of places on ebay list them as a full box of cigar "labels" whats to say they really dont just ship you that?? how could you argue it?
 
My concern would be how they are being stored. It states right in the description they are not for consumption. So if you get them and they are all dried out you will have no recourse.

I think, i could be totally wrong, that he has to say not for consumption so he follows ebay rules.
 
If you look at his past auctions it seems as they all come with an 'opus x box' maybe that is what adds the perceived non tobacco value? Because he adds the opus x box to some graycliff presidents and some la flor dominicanas.
I dont know how he gets around ebay rules guess they just dont care because its not like the graycliffs are collectible as you can get them off of several shops online. Oh well.
 
I refuse to buy cigars from ebay. Too many loopholes allowing too much room for questionable cigars IMHO. I know too many people that have gotten burned by fake Opus, fake Ashton etc.
