I guess I had a productive lunch hour. Made it over to a cigar store I've been meaning to visit. The fella said they were in the process of trying to sell the store and inventory. After turning down several suggestions he pulled out an Ashton VSG sampler with 5 gorda sized sticks. The sticker was $59 and he gave me a deal at $30. I don't know beans about these sticks but figure what the hey.
 
$6/stick for VSGs is a good price! If he is getting rid of inventory they are likely pre-aged to boot.

Good point re the aging. For one of these the aging process is coming to an abrupt halt this evening.
 
..... And then I would go back and buy his shop and go into business for myself.


Ahhhh..... now that would be the life. Just dreaming of owning my own cigar shop has me all excited :D
 
Nice score! VSG's are among the few NC cigars I still enjoy very much. Hope you enjoy them.
