Ashton VSG

That's why I haven't tried it! :r

That's why I'm trying to be a good BOTL and push you down the hill just a bit more.... :r

They are absolutely worth the try and I couldn't live without a box in my humi... when I crack the next one I will need to start looking for a new one... almost out of the last box... :D

I've got 2 torpedo's that I can't bring myself to smoking....they have been in the humi for about 3 years. Cost me $33 per stick here in Canada.

Ouch-

They can be found for a lot less on US sites--Probably avg. 10/stick by the box

yeah I'm never buying anything from a Canadian B&M ever again....what a ripoff!
Most I've ever paid for a single stick was $68 for a Partagas Serie D No.4 Real Reserva......this runs roughly $20 per stick in Cuba.......The cohiba Siglo VI with the special cannister that I paid $60 for comes in a close second.

OMG....I would never even think of spending $68 a stick let alone $10

:r

the only regret you might have it having to buy more after you smoke that one which can be a bit expensive... :D

just yesterday I was drooling over the VSG you gifted me Z!!... but im going to bite the bullet>> that baby is going to devil's tower wyoming with me tomorrow and in the 12 hour car ride to and fro, the right time will present itself...

:ss

Sorry to hear you never had a "virgin". One of my fondest memories!
Do you know where they get virgin wool from?

Very ugly sheep!

I am a firm devotee of Cuban cigars, but even I can admit the VSG is definitely one of the finest NCs around. One of my favs! (That is, after payday ;) )

I think I paid around $14 at a local B&M, which is also the most I ever paid for a single cigar.

I cried a little when I smoked it.

Haha, nice. I've spent $22 on a PAM 64, which was hard core suckage because after the first half inch it got bitter as all get-out and I had to put it down...BAH! I just spent $123 on 5 Davidoff tubos as well...I'm no stranger to over spending on 'gars, so I don't even give a damn any more - I used to shed tears on stuff like this, but now I just say "Burn, money, burn!"

I have yet to have one!

I have an Illusion in my humi that was gifted to me about 6 months ago. It already had a year of age on it!

Just haven't had the ballz to wreck my self and try it out. :D

Just a warning to you, aging a VSG that long will really mute the more stronger flavors, and the strength as well. It won't wreck you, trust me.
If you can get a "fresh" one. Smoke your aged one first. Smoke the fresh one sitting down, the strength is well covered by the various flavors and will sneak up on you.
