At least they're honest ...

I've had one of those too. It's kind of frustrating, but I did get my package about 4 days after it was misrouted.

I just wish they would stick to their estimated delivery times.
If they misroute something, I want my damn money back for the cost of shipment. I didn't pay to have my smokes take a vacation around the US!

If you have ever seen the inside of a big distribution center, whether its UPS or USPS, you would be amazed that it doesn't happen more often.

Hundreds of thousands of packages go in and out of those places everyday.
I could see how a couple dozen a day "stray off course".
 
It certainly happens with DHL a lot. Out of 9 next day packages we sent via DHL last month, 6 of them did not make it next day.
 
I hope you'll get it ASAP, it happened to me once but Israel is little country so it took only one day to fix it.
