Aaron,
I am sure you know but big difference between Cedar and "Kiln" Cedar. Make sure you get the Kiln so you don't seep sap everywhere and ruin everything.
There are a few suppliers that I found via Google.
Will see if I can locate them again.

I have a closet in the room I have as an office that I can do that to.
My only big fear is a hurricane.
In the humi, roof comes down, chances are the sticks are saved by the furniture.
In the closet? Definitely won't be as fortunate.

Yikes! Bite your tongue and seal those evil thoughts away!! But yea, I can see how you would be paranoid in Florida....hell, tornadoes for us....but I don't think that's gonna stop me.
