My first daughter was born just over a year ago. I wasn't smoking much back then so I will celebrate now, for you. I think I'll have an Oliva V in your daughter's honor. Congratulations! You will love having a little girl.

My first two were twins. I had an Opus X & a RyJ ISOM to welcome them to the world. By the time my third was born, the twins had knocked the cigar smoking out of me but I still found time to smoke another Opus X for him.

Congrats, man! No kids of my own yet, but I think when my first is born I'll light up a Padron 1964 Anniversary Maduro. And if you don't pick out a shotgun a Smith and Wesson .44 magnum also does wonders. Be sure to take some pics when you can; pretty sure we all want to see the new member of the family!

I'm going to buy this song on itunes when we get home this morning! Pretty much how I feel about her dating. And she's only a day and half old! Did someone ask for pics?
Gorgeous. I love how in the photos she's looking at mom or dad. The song is great. I remember that I was shooting my dad's Smith & Wesson .357 magnum outside when my sister's boyfriend came over for the first time. His introduction from me was a quick nod and firing off six rounds in quick succession. It'll probably be worse if I have a daughter. :gn

Me too, I sure wasn't teasing.
I was watching in total awe and when the handed her to me I totally cracked. Probably the singlemost wonderful moment of my life thus far.
Oh, good Lord, what a beautiful family.
I remember bringing Rebekah home (she's 11 now). We were inseperable until she learned to crawl. I got up every night to feed her and I was sad every time I had to put her to bed.
Her Mom got jealous because I wouldn't give her up.
She and I are just as close today.
She's just started getting interested in boys over the last six months or so. She's beautiful and an "early bloomer" so she's getting a lot of attention.
She's has a couple "boyfriends". All the girls are playing the "botfriend a week" game. It's cute.
She asked if she'd be allowed to go on a date somewhere one of these days. I told her absolutely and set "The Rule". Before she goes out with a boy, he'll come here and meet me. She asked what I was going to say to him.
I told her that I'd explain that she was the most precious thing in my world, and he'll treat her as such, otherwise he'll get to know me in a way that few others have had the misfortune to learn.
She loved it.
I haven't had to have "The Talk" with any boys yet. :tu

Congrats! I have a PAM 40th picked out for when my little girl is born she is due to arrive in May. I happen to have picked up PAN 40th the other day courtesy of one of taboo cigars great deals. So I'll smoke that one to celebrate your little girl. What a beautiful family. Great name and congratulations again.
