Hey guys,
Tried searching this cigar, Suerdieck, on google, and then on the forum, but have been unable to find anything on it.
I read about this cigar in Davidoff's "The Connoisseur's Book of the Cigar" and saw a picture and a description of it in Resnick's "International Connoisseur's Guide to Cigars: The Art of Selecting and Smoking." I beleive I saw it mentioned in a few other books as well. Davidoff apparently enjoyed this cigar on occasion.
While not a pretty looking cigar, I have a friend down in Brazil now and I asked him to hunt them down for me. I know I could ask him to get me a Dona Flor, but the Suerdieck, and its ugliness, has intrigued me. My questions are:
1) Have any of you tried this cigar? Thoughts?
2) Are they still being produced?
Thanks everyone!
