Cigar/beverage pairings

I've been experimenting lately, choosing different cigar/beverage pairings. Here are a couple of good ones (IMHO). Also found a great new drink made by Patron. It's made from Espresso and Tequilla. Odd, but works.

Cherry Herring with Padron 1926s
Amaretto with a PSD4
 
Coffee goes with everything! :tu

I have also found that I like citrus drinks with some stronger cigars as it cleans the palate a bit.
 
Most often its coffee for me, but a sugar free iced tea goes well with the very cedary dry smokes. Keeps the whistle wet.
 
:tg:tg:tg:tgI was experimenting with Knob Creek the other day while smoking a Gurkha and wow, I don't think words can describe how bad knob creek is neat. :pu I had to run to my car and siphon out some gasoline to wash the taste out of my mouth

Tried this stuff, I think, as a result of somebody's signature file here at CL. It's sweet! On the rocks or with diet Coke, I like it with a cigar!

I think that the most perfect pairing I've found is Bulleit Bourbon with Don Pepin Cuban Classic. They compliment each other perfectly.

Love the Bulleit! JD still tops for me, but I like Bulleit.

I have been on a coffee kick lately. Just a good strong java with a quick spray of whip.
 
Lat night I couldn't get over how well a Perdomo Habano Corojo and Glenmorangie 10yr went together.
 
Had a Sam Adams Hallertau Imperial Pilsner with a 5 Vegas Miami last night. Great Combo with tons of hops from the Sam.
