Cigar factory outlet

Young Chimp
I placed an order there over a week ago and was trying to contact them for a tracking number. I've e-mailed and called and left messages several times. I have had no luck in almost a week. Anyone know why they don't return their calls or e-mails?
This is the store I am referring to. www.thecigarfo.com.

The CFO has somewhat of a reputation for being a little slow getting orders out, but I don't recall anyone reporting that they just plain did not get their cigars.

I would be surprised if they were totally blowing you off, your sticks will eventually show up. (not that that is much of a help right now)

Try and give them a call during business hours. If Barb is there she will take care of you.:tu

I knew I had heard this story before. Someone else had the same issue a few weeks ago (mentioned above), but I could not remember the site. I do remember Barb, though.

Barb is great. CFO ships a bit slow, usually takes about 2 weeks. Drop Pmagus a PM, he is the head man at CFO and checks in here every few days. :tu

THIS PLACE SUCKS. They have a retail near where I live and they are @-Holes...Sorry rant over.

I thought they were out of Jersey?
I've ordered from them and they do take about two weeks. This didn't bother me as I knew that going into it as there are many posts here stating that fact. Not much of a secret. I too would be very surprised if they did not show up. Patience Grasshopper!:D:r

Jon, I think this place is Downriver somewhere - considering the phone number. The place on Big Beaver and Rochester is the "Detroit Cigar Factory Outlet", run by the Jenuwine family. I've been there a number of times and everyone there was extremely friendly and helpful to me. They just went online recently as Cigarfox.com - different url than the one the brother above was complaining about.

CFO is particularly slow if you place an online order. Your best bet is to call Barb & place your order over the phone.

Remember, faster customer service means higher prices. Bigger picking crews in the warehouse means higher prices due to increased overhead. They get to the orders with nice low overhead, which benefits us all.

Their cigars are pretty good with some rest. Patience means savings in the case of this vendor.

Im thinking of the one in Metro Detroit. Sorry all. It doesnt help when your only 22 and you look like your 12 years old.

OK, I'll try again, but I've called twice during busness hours and got no one to answer. I also e-mailed 3 times with no response.

All is good. Even though I never did hear back from anyone, my cigars came yesterday and all is well. :ss

I got the Robusto Reserva blend #7- Do I need to dry box these before smoking? I thought I read somewhere that the reverva 's were aged 1 year and don't need to be dry boxed.
