Well maybe they havent had a purchase from Mark yet..

Mark not only runs a great business but he is a great Brother and I think thats why Cigarmony is probably the best place to purchase our cigar needs..I still remember a couple of years ago herfing with Mark and Paul(pds) and talking about Cigarmony and I was thinking how cool it must be to be able to do something in life that you have a great passion for. Which goes to show for those companies that dont have great products and service are just in for it for the money..Mark knows what we like and how to do it right..:tu

I'll bite on this one. Mark was awesome! I ordered some boxes and a Hydra set up for my new Vinotemp. Some things were unavailable (due to the BF and CM shipping sprees) but he hooked me up with a GREAT alternative order.

This is my third time ordering from Mark and I look forward to my future purchases!
 
I have ordered from Mark/Cigarmony 3 times and I'm very pleased with every aspect of my transactions. My Puck works great and I'm impressed with the fact that Mark personally writes a thank you on every packing slip. He goes above what most vendors do and will be around for along time because of it.
 
Just made my first order a few nights ago and can't wait. Have some great deals running right now. Got a hat, blazer torch (been wanting one for a long time), and two cans of vector fuel.
