Cigars For Canadian Troops

Goodday

This is Cpl Levangie from the National Support Element (NSE) Transport (Tn) in Khandhar, Afghanistan. Just wanted to say thanks for the package that you guys sent out. I recived mine a couple of weeks but hadn't had time to reply. You can't take a day off from war lol.

To all you good guys who sent stogies over to the troops , i have some bad news. Ken Somerset was wounded in an ambush three days ago. He is in hospital in Kandahar . They are waiting for him to stabilize before sending him to hospital in Germany.He suffered a broken jaw, leg and some ribs but he's alive and hopefully on the mend real soon. I gave his wife our support for a fast recovery. She is on her way over to Germany to see him. They were ambushed on way to supply a forward operating base.So, if you have Kens addy over there don't send any more to him but you can send to the other guys no prob.

Very sorry to hear this, I hope he is doing well and wish him a speedy recovery.

Now that we got our new Canadian Troop supporter stickers, definately include a few in !
 
I will have to get some new addys over there as a new rotation is now taking place. As soon as i gat them i will post them here just sit tight and i will get some soon.Thanks for your interest.
