Cigars Intl Sold?

I have been outta the loop for a while...but i just read that cigars intl sold as of the 16th of august...to a swedish Company...

and that CAO sold to a big holding company in feb?...

lots of changes...

I think that the former owners are walking away with serious cash in an uncertain time. I think that the new owners will be looking for a return as quickly as they can.

if im correct, General Cigar (Swiss Match) bought Cigars Int'l and Padron. General is the manufactorer for Partagas and Hoyo...

As far as I know, Padron said that it is not selling, and there has been no press release from anyone saying that they bought Padron.
