College or not, you need a good cutter. Skip a night out and buy a Palio or Xikar cutter instead. As for the lighter, Scripto makes a great torch lighter that's around $4 or so that I got at Walmart here. An ashtray can be anything, be imaginative :ss

I've gone totally ghetto -- I cut out the bottom of a big plastic milk bottle and use that as an ashtray, with a Bic lighter (I have like 15 for some reason?) and a stanley knife to cut....
