Counterfeit Cuban brand?

Has anybody tried these Counterfeit Cubans that Thompson sells and JR sold a few years ago? I remember smoking some a few years ago and they were pretty decent.

Thompson is the only place I can find them and they have a box of 25 toros 6x50 for $38. Does CBID ever have this up for auction? thanks.

At a quick glance, I see JR and Mikes still carry them but not at $38.00 per box. These are made by Perdomo. I liked them but have not had them for years.

Cigars International does not carry the Counterfeit or Pre-Embargo Counterfeit so you won't see them on C-Bid.

So far these are the ONLY Perdomo's I did NOT like. At all. There are better Perdomos out there for cheap.

I bought a box of the box pressed coronas probably 4 years ago most of the cigars I tried to smoke were plugged solid.

I bought a couple boxes when they first came out in 2000. At the time, I thought they were really good $2 cigars. Now there are tons of other options in that price range.
