Not only is Javier's my favorite restaurant in Dallas, it's also my favorite place to smoke a cigar. They have a great cigar lounge in the back of the restaurant and keep a pretty well-stocked humidor. The place is fairly upscale and serves terrific Continental Mexico City-style cuisine.
