Hello, I just wanted to share a litte about Dave at Heartfelt. I'm currently stationed in Iraq, and ordered a few things from Heartfelt. I got the usual e-mail saying everythings good to go. This isn't my first purchase from them either. Well after about a week or so (normal time for somthing to arrive) I received nothing in the mail. I looked over the e-mail and a important part of the address was missing. I e-mailed Dave and told him about this. I wasn't expecting an e-mail for about a day or so. Dave emailed me back in about 2 hours saying a replacement shipment was on it's way with the corrected address. I received my package yesterday everything perfect.:D I just wanted to say to everyone, and I'm sure most of you know that Dave and Heartfelt do nothing but first class service.:tu He now has a loyal customer for life and I pass along my story to any and all BOTL whenever I get a chance. Thanks once again Dave you made my life alittle easier in the Catbox.

Dave is an awesome man. I mentioned that I needed some 65% beads, but they were out of stock. His competitor wanted me to buy his beads. Dave said, give me a call at "xxx-xxx-xxxx". I did, and he hooked me up with some beads. He is an exceptional guy! :tu :w
