Real hardwood maple almost always has a quilt in its grain. at least all the stuff Ive used. Really wish I had my shop here so I could build myself a humi, but then Ive never done anything quite that advanced

Congrats...I've been looking hard at the Aristocrats. You mentioned that you put down a deposit. How is the payment set up???? Whats the deposit and when does he require the full payment??? I guess I could call Bob but since you mentioned it....:ss :ss

I got the 'm' model from Bob many moons ago and was more than pleased about its aesthetic looks and function. Once you go set and forget you will never go back. Mine took a few years to fill up but I only had one depth to choose from back then. Since then my collection grew and I was keeping boxes in cigartexans humidor until I built the walk-in. Guess what.... Bob is such a great guy he even took the time to offer suggestions on the humidification system for the walk-in and I am still using the same set and forget monitor but now it is hooked up to a 10 gallon capacity humidifier.

Bottom line is no matter what you get from Bob you cannot go wrong. He is a great guy, stands behind his product 100%, and is more than a pleasure to do business with. If you are on the edge about what size, color, options to get just give him a call
