Discontinued cigar by Drew Estate?

I was wondering if anyone could tell me about a cigar by Drew estate that I have not seen since 2000-2001. This cigar was amazing and I have not been able to find them since I moved about seven years ago. It came in a glass tube and had a green ring that sold around $6.50 a stick. The flavor was not as strong as an Acid but it had a sweet nut like taste and was smooth to the end.

For some reason I think they might have been called an Elixir 50. I hope they are still made, but I did not see them on Drew's website. If anyone could help me find them or something similar that would be awesome. Thank You.
 
I think you put me on the right track. They look different in the pic but the discription sounds like it is exactly what they taste like. I guess they just might have changed the box and color. Thank you. This Club rocks!
 
If it's from the Natural line there is a good chance it was the sweet gum they use on the cigar that gives it that flavor. Watch C-Bid for the Natural Dirt which I know for sure has this sweet taste. I keep a few of these on hand in the summer time for guests who are not really cigar smokers but want to try something without going to far away from a flavored cigar. If your patient they can be had pretty cheap over there.

Yeah the Naturals used to have a greenish jungle/bamboo-looking band but they've been changed.

VirtualSmitty and I used to steady make fun of these things (the Naturals) until we actually tried one. Joe bought the variety pack & we fell in love.

Very different, but pretty tasty for a "non-traditional" cigar. And no, I would never smoke an ACID, lol.
 
Drew Estate redesigned the graphics for the Natural line a while back. Here are the bands for the Natural Root:

Don't know about that,the LVH Early Years are pretty good(so are the regular LVH's for that matter), and that new Liga Privada sounds REALLY good. Actually the Chateau Real is pretty tasty, if you like mild smokes.
 
I'm not a huge fan of ACID, but my wife likes the One.
The Naturals are pretty good when I want something different and the Chateau Real Small Club Corona is my current go to morning cigar.

Well several truths come out it seems! Now that you have admitted to your love, please tell us:

  1. I think that Joe protests too loudly on Lars cigars: he actually smokes them all the time, doesn't he?
  2. Did Joe wear his Tommy Girl shirt to seduce you? He says the shirt is lucky..
  3. Though few of us believe it, he has recently been claiming to have a girlfriend, is he talking about you or is he cheating on you with another bitch?
 
SHHHHHHHHHH, Jeez Matt!!!!! We're eloping for God's sake - thanks for letting the cat outta the bag! Or is that the snake out of the trousers? Okay, okay - grapes out of the tree!

Either way, I happen to LOVE his taste in feminine clothing - he really knows how to match his shoes & purse.

And Joe has commissioned Lars himself to create a private - VERY PRIVATE - blend all for himself.

And thirdly, do you have any idea how difficult it is to maintain a hot steamy long sitance relationship from the left coast?
