Do you keep your cigar rings/bands?

I was wondering if my fellow BOTLs kept their cigar bands. I'm sure most of you just throw them away but I kind of think of them as little pieces of art, especially the non-Cuban bands as some of them are very detailed. I have been keeping all of mine in baseball card resealable sleeves (I'm a baseball card nut) but was thinking about displaying them better. Maybe gluing them to an acid free binder of something. What do you guys recommend and do with your cigar bands?

Nah. I used to when I started, kind of a way of keeping track of what I liked and didn't like. I don't bother anymore.

I collect mine in my wallet and then once every couple of weeks unload them on my sister in-law who wants to create something decorative with the I guess....

I used to keep them when I first started smoking to remember what I liked. Now I don't now besides the ones that look cool, like opus X.

I keep them to keep track of what I smoke. I don't keep doubles or anything like that. However, I feel I'd know if I've tried something or not, so really it's pointless to keep them....but, I still do it anyway.

I only keep the bands from the Habanos I've smoked. Would be cool if I was creative enough to decorate something with them. Oh well... BTW, good win today Bruin. Looking forward to Oct. 20th! I'll be there! Go Bears!

I keep mine in a cigar box. I made a note book, I put one band on a page and wright down all the info about the cigar.:ss With the bands and info it is much easier to keep up with my likes and dislikes.:tu
