Does your wife or love one give you stuff like this to read?

Ah jeez.....now I have to get rid of all my cigars because they are potentially bad for me. I guess I'll have to drink a bottle of booze now.

Thanks for this list:
• formaldehyde
• ammonia
• urethane
• naphthalene
• carbon monoxide
• hydrogen cyanide
• arsenic
• nicotine
• benzene
• vinyl chloride
• ethylene oxide
• other volatile aldehydes
• cadmium
• radioactive polonium 210

Now I have more descriptors for my cigar reviews!!!

Example: I tasted hints of benzene with a strong radioactive polonium 210 finish!!! :r

That is too funny, I can't wait to read your next review.

Well, it might be true, but does it matter? There are trace amounts of all sorts of scary sounding chemicals in our food, our air, and our water, but most of these pose little or no danger. Here's a good commentary from an anti-tobacco researcher who's fed up with the pseudo-science that some of his colleagues have been spewing:

Some of the alleged scientists have even claimed that there's Plutonium 210 in secondhand smoke:

Here's a good take on it all:

I read a lot of what this guy has to say. He does have some good information, but at the same time, lately he's been taking stuff a little too personal.

PS, just had my 5 for today :ss:ss:ss:ss:ss

im with everyone else on this... I mean, lets be honest most people like to have a relaxing cigar everyone and a while and anything that makes you sit down and relax and enjoy your surroundings probably does more good for you than the harms of the actual smoking of cigars
