Double Maduros......

Lost...Completely Lost...
Ok, I'm generally a maduro fan. And I've found that double maduros make me even happier. So far, I've had:

CAO MX2
Rocky Patel Fusion MM
Gurkha Doble Maduro

I like the CAO best (its my favorite cigar period), then the RP MM. I wasn't blown away from the doble maduro. It lacked the kick I have come to associate with other doubles. In any case, does anyone have any other double maduro recommendations that they like? I would like to see if I enjoy any more of them.
 
A couple worth looking into are the Hoyo de Monterry Rothchild double maduro and the JR Ultimate rothchild double,,both these pack a punch and the only thing I found to be wrong with them are they are too short,,both are 4 1/2 by 50..

I adore the Punch Elite Oscuro, which punch also calls a double maduro.
Ditto on the Sancho Panza's

Yeah, great recommendation!!

If you really, really like some Maduro why not investigate the:

Camacho Triple Maduro (make sure you are sitting down and have eaten before you take a pufff on that one)
JFR - 100% Maduro (filler, binder, wrapper) (available only at retailers)
 
Great recommendations guys. I'm adding these to my ever growing list of cigars to try. Keep them coming please!
 
Its not a double, but the 601 Blue label is the best Maduro I have had. It has good strength, but the amount of flavor is what makes it. Definately worth giving a try.

I actually just bought a pack of the Partagas Black. If my MO ever reaches the seller, I'm sure they'll be in the mail soon. I look forward to trying those.

I had some of the prototypes and then more when they were first released. Great sticks, lots of pepper and spice. I pulled one from my locker the other day (about 6 months of age on them) and the profile was very differently. Probably because the flavors had time to mingle, but it wasn't nearly as strong as the first ones. I hadn't expected for it to change so fast. IMHO it is still a good stick.

I second that. One of the best double maduros for the price to.
