Ok guys... I'm thinking big here.

Right now I'm teaching at a University in South Korea... but man... I'd love to do something different in the future.

Heres the idea...

Save up some cash... and then go ahead to study two things.

1) Cooking school
2) Beer brewing

Anybody know of a school anywhere in the world where I could get a good education in both?

For food education, in the U.S. the premier spots would be the CIA and Le Cordon Bleu.
