Fakes on Ebay? Putting High End labels on Dog Rockets?

Man. these look horrible. Either poorly stored or plain fakes. Looks like he put labels on dog rockets.

He has several auctions and they all look just as poor.

I would guess they're real, but suffered some kind of horrible humidor snafu and the guy is shamelessly trying to recover some of his $$. Honestly it looks like they spent about 6 months in the freezer. They remind me of wrinkly discolored frozen peas hehe.
