Favorite RG In A Cigar?

I remember starting out around the 50+ rg like most here it seems. The larger gauges were nice, usually burned cool, and were forgiving if you smoked fast. I just notice how the smaller gauges are just as flavorful, burn just as cool, burn more evenly, and more importantly, are more comfortable to smoke. Don't know if experience is the key, but I just found that the 46 or 48 rg are what works best for me usually with maybe the occasional robusto.
 
It depends on the cigar really...

I like to experiment with all different sizes of Cigars and find it cool how they all yield different tastes.

4.50 x50 is like my fav size though...big enough to enjoy and small enough to smoke a few in a night.
 
I would also like to point out that part of the reason I like smaller smokes is the time factor.
it seems that after 1 to 1 1/2 hours of the same cigar I start to get bored with it. Whereas with the smaller ones I fully enjoy it all the way to the nub. May just be me or it may be that I should start smoking better cigars:D
 
I like a 50, although I'll try anything.
Whenever I smoke a skinny stick and it's borderline pretty decent, I always wonder if it'd be better in a robusto.
I like the robusto cause it's shortish and I just can't sit still long enough to smoke a longer cigar.

Awesome! i usally smoke 33rg-42rg... if that makes me a homosexual or a sissy, i guess that will leave more 70ish punch ninfas for me... :D

Sorry about that. Like I said, I didn't intend to offend anyone or call anyone names. I like a big ring cigar too. I just thought the way some of these comments were phrased could have been done in a different way. I love everyone on this site, no offense intended.
 
When I first started smoking stogies, I pretty much stuck with a 54 which was the RG of my favorite stogie of the time, a Juan Lopez Epicure #1. Then I started experimenting with the smaller ring gauges.

Now, I prefer anything from 46-54, with 54 being pretty much the largest I enjoy. I have also recently started to dabble in the 28-34 sizes and am beginning to get used to the nuances of those small smokes during time limited moments of enjoyment.

And then, there are the gag cigars I just purchased for photo comedic relief that my co-worker and I will be smoking on Monday. They are 15 inches with a tapered 70-100 RG. I imagine we will take a puff of two to get it burning, then wretch at the horrible flavor of cheap tobacco and then dive in for redemption with a Gurkha Triple Ligero!
